"GLOBAL ENERGY & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT", White Paper The Paper is devoted to the study of status and trends of the global energy sustainable development as a principle item of the world agenda in XXI century. It pays significant attention to the issues of innovative energy-ecology-economy development. The primary feature of the study is analysis of the forecasts made by the leading energy organizations (IEA, OPEC, World Bank, World Energy Forum), national services (Energy Information Administration of the USA), scenarios and forecasts, developed by the Russian experts. In this regard the principle attention has been paid to the issues of energy and economy development of BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) and other actively developed countries and assessment of their role in energy development the world. The Paper is intended for energy experts and economists, engineers and environmentalists, politicians and for general public.
